Oh, wait, you're not getting that satisfaction because, for some reason, you've decided to protect the hotel full of bugs rather than protect your message board buddies from having the same experience.

The name of a hotel run by a woman who thinks the fact that bugs are part of nature gives carte blanche to having them throughout her hotel is something I'd like to know...

Seriously, the fact that the hotel did not deal with it proactively is as scary as the fact there are bugs everywhere. For the record, the two times I walked out of hotels late at night because the hotel dropped then made the situation worse, I was not charged, but received no additional compensation. The FS Chesapeake and the WilmingtonNC CY were the hotels. Each is very poorly run. I wouldn't want anyone to mistakenly stay in either of these properties thinking the hotels live up to Marriott standards.

Did just get an email from Wilmington CY letting me know they have a new lobby and I should stay there again. Heck no! The RI is in a better location - no glare of car dealership lights - is much nicer and has a good staff. How does a new lobby change the horrible customer service? It seems like they're concentrating on the wrong things. Again.
Well said my friend, and good data. Thanx!
