What ever happens to be in the refrigerator, pantry and kitchen shelves. Cholula is almost a constant. Have to start with an equal amount of virgin olive oil and butter. Any of the following:
- Mustard
- gorgonzola or any other cheese
- any type of onions
- sweet peppers
- jalapenos
- roasted Hatch chilies and or
- white asparagus (when in season)
- ham - proscuitto or Iberico or Serrano
- salt
- pepper
- corn
- mushrooms
- tomato
- potato
and I am sure there are some items I've forgotten.
