We stayed at the Imperial last summer. It's a place I've known about and wanted to stay for many years. I was a bit disappointed. We had a suite overlooking the Musikverein in the back of the building. I'm with vuittonsofstyle in thinking it was a little tired. The furniture seemed to have been sat on too many times, and was a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. And we found the concierge service to be very helpful.
