What time were you there? I was there 8 times or so from January-March. They would have sushi around lunch time and around dinner time. If you were there at, say, 2PM they wouldn't have it.
I had a long layover there last weekend, 8 am to 4 pm, and not a single fishbreath of sushi appeared.
By comparison, I did put away some sushi at ANA's lounge a week earlier.
