Hey jamienbaker- I cannot imagine this hotel would ever retaliate about anything- very gracious people working here who go out of their way to help guests. Remember this hotel is very heavy on suite bookings- especially the Asian clientele tend to book suites- so probably they don't have anything available- I have been here a few times where you cannot pay for suites much less get them on comp upgrades. Enjoy the hotel- it is an excellent choice for BKK.
