OP, let me say again to you that I am very, very sorry.... you were right, I was wrong.
The sad reality is that it doesn't
need to be this way - I have been enjoying my intra-Europe flights recently again in contrast to the way that TSA operates. But there is so much arrogance surrounding airport security, and patriotism and/or irrational fear seems to be getting in the way of critical thinking.
I particularly loathe how TSA's utter chicanery is influencing security operations internationally.
How about that pesky matter of demanding information about flyover passengers who are not even landing in the US??
