Once again this week one of my flights was delayed and part of the reason... the Thousands Standing Around were doing a "secondary" screening for a flight from ATL to Chicago.

As far as I can tell this proves (a) that I did not lose my ID between the first time they looked at it and the second time and (b) that the primary screening is useless.... Am I missing something?

(If the primary screening was effective and if everything in the airport is "screened" then how could I have gotten "dangerous" items??? )

Option three is that it's just a jobs program. It took 4 agents....
