I believe on a codeshare the mileage is tallied based on the operating carrier's fare bucket and works just as if the ticket were bought direct from the operating carrier; in other words, no bonus miles. I could be wrong though and the answer is not forthcoming on the US website. That said, the bonus miles will not count towards status anyway so they will not help in your quest for Gold. You will only get the Class of Service miles if it is a paid first class; if you are upgrading with miles, money, etc it your mileage accrual will be based on the coach fare and which bucket your ticket falls into.
