I know the one in Channai, India has a lounge (it is basically a FS Marriott but with the CY name. I haven't been to them, but I think the ones in Hong Kong, the CY Beijing NE, CY Shanghai-Pudong, and the CY Kunshan have lounges I do believe. Also, the Courtyard Shanghai Puxi which is opening this month lists a lounge as well.
