I doubt they were bed bugs as they tend to be too small to "see them walking around". But I do agree with the "Ewwwwww" comment in any case.

Also, I tend to agree with the comment that you probably aren't going to get much from the hotel. It sounds like they are on the "cheap" side of things and it would take a lot of complaining on your part to probably only get a couple of thousand points. It wouldn't be worth my time and effort.

I also agree that it would be nice to know the property so I can avoid it as well.
