I have other problems with Chase, as do many, though unfortunately not with the Chase Marriott Rewards Visa, since they won't change my card over from the program I am in. Chase is famous for turning down authorizations even when there is plenty available, only to approve the same transaction when you try to put it through again 3 minutes later for the same amount.
