OK, I have to ask. I'm trying to book a saver one-way award for someone who is currently 1K, but who will not maintain that status this time around. I want one-way BKK-ORD, first class. There is no availability under that person's sign-in name and number during August.

BUT when I put in my own name/number (I will maintain 1K easily) I can see several days of availability that pop up in first, saver award.

What's going on with that????? Availability depends on status????
