Does BA offer baggage interline with another Oneworld airline (in my case Qantas) on seperate tickets?

I will be flying Continental Europe - LHR - SIN with BA and then SIN - SYD with QF on seperate tickets.
If not, is there any other way to avoid having to go through immigration in SIN just to pick up the baggage and re-check it with QF?
