I'm not using so often, but it works great when I call Latvia (from Norway) for example.

The principle is simple enough, you enter the destination number on their website, they convert it to a local Norwegian number that when called from your own mobile transfers the call to the destination number. Basically it you pay a local call + Operator One to call instead of calling to Latvia.

Finally your mobile number is "presented" to the destination number, so they know who's calling.

Not sure it's cheaper than Skype or home IP phones, but that works from your mobile so it's quite practical. I registered because of the bonus promotion and I think it was worth it, but sure enough you need to have family or good friends abroad to have a good ROI for this...
