The Imperial is a wonderful choice, one of the most charming hotels in Europe IMO. The bar is so cosy and warm, the hotel itself is an incredible palace full of history, the rooms are in a good shape. The suites are superb. Of course you are not in a newly built hotels with wonderful bathrooms with seperate shower but that is what is great about this hotel. It is a real old Palace full of Grandeur. The breakfast is great and you have to try the Imperial Tochte. I found the service not exceptional but very very good.
