Just want to relate an incident which I had with one of a promotion. I registered early this year to one of the promotion where staying at 3 different IHG hotels within a certain time will give me a bonus of 10,000 points. After completing all stays within the T&C, I was not provided with the bonus.
Contacting customer service and they claim that the promotion was limited only to PC members with registered US address. This was not stated in the T&C and it seems that their "liason officer" is the one that stated this.

To me if promotions were limited to a certain group, than this should also be clearly stated in the T&C.

Thus, just becareful that not all promotions are open to members in general.
