According to an older post, this is the menu schedule:

5AM - 11AM
The Fresh Start
Continental breakfast items

11AM - 2PM
Flagship Café
Light Lunch - Hearty sandwiches, hot soups, cheeses, fruit, vegetable crudités

2PM - 5PM
Afternoon Tea
Assorted teas, finger sandwiches, cookies, various desserts

5PM - 9PM
Flagship Supper
Hot Hors D’Oeuvres, soup, light pasta dishes, fresh salad assortment.

9PM - 11:30PM
Late Night Bite
JFK – Full dinner available with hot entrees
ORD – Fruit & Vegetable Crudités, assorted cheese, sweets, crackers
LAX – Soup, breads, fruit, cheeses & desserts
LHR - Does not apply

Last Wednesday the JFK FL had a nice assortment of hot breakfast items such as bacon and eggs when I got there at 6:45 AM.
