How large is the lounge? Does it get crowded? (would be there on a Saturday afternoon on the outbound trip and Tuesday afternoon on return)
When does Lunch Service end and Dinner Service begin?
Real Champagne or Sparkling Wine?
Thanks for any responses.
I was in the JFK Flagship Lounge recently for 955 to EZE. Ended up with a 3hr+ delay so I had plenty of time inside. Although I found it sufficient in size, traffic picked up considerably during the evening with LAX, LHR, GRU, and EZE passengers. However, the buffet and refreshment areas were almost always well-stocked. Despite the lengthy delay, F&B was continually refreshed and I ultimately had my dinner on the ground... so I could go straight to sleep once in the air.
What could be improved is greater aesthetic differentiation with the adjacent Admirals Club. When you enter, it's essentially one giant room with little privacy afforded. A few partitions (e.g. frosted glazing) and re-arranging of furniture would create a greater sense of intimacy, worthy of the Flagship experience.
On a more superficial level, printing a simple document from the computers is unnecessarily complicated IMO.
Other than that, I had a wonderful time in the JFK Flagship Lounge. The service was attentive, yet unobtrusive. I had an even nicer experience in F on 955 and also 956 coming back.
