You can't change the destination. To do that would involve re-issueing the ticket, with mileage redeposit costs plus possible expedite costs to re-issue, on top of the possibility that award inventory is no longer available.

You can't change destinations once travel begins.

The actual flights can be changed, but destinations can't.
