I can confirm. I have been in the C/L many times. Its been over a year since i have stayed there. But there definitely was a C/L. That is the only Courtyard i have seen with one.
You are correct. it used to be a bank. The restaurant where breakfast is the room where the door to the vault is. That is a private room that can be used for events. its pretty cool!!
