Having not flown through JFK in eons, I'm wondering if anyone has some basic information on the JFK Flagship Lounge.

How large is the lounge? Does it get crowded? (would be there on a Saturday afternoon on the outbound trip and Tuesday afternoon on return)
When does Lunch Service end and Dinner Service begin?
Real Champagne or Sparkling Wine?
