Just been on the phone to Emirates explaining that the only reason why i had booked on the EK373 was to fly on the A380.
Emirates are now using the A380 on the 01.30 flight EK385 and i have asked if they can change me onto that flight.
After 20 minutes off, You must have known it was the Boeing 777 and that you have a seat booked on the B777 to me saying that at the time off booking it was a A380 and that i have proof of my seats booked on that flight, I got the response, Can you send proof of my Itinerary and if your right, we will change your booking free of charge otherwise i have to pay, So looks like they don't trust me and telling lies.

I have sent of a explanation on why i had booked the EK373, saying that i wanted to be on the A380 and also proof of my Itinerary with confirmation of the seats that i have booked on Manage my Booking....

I await and see what happens

on a positive note and very strange, I have just recieved a reply regarding a complaint that i made back in march where i was delayed due to other flights been diverted and EK372 waiting for Passengers to arrive and even though Emirates are saying that it was out of their control, they have offered me 10,000 Miles... Do you think i should push it for a free upgrade
