According to the Port Authority Website for Terminal 3, 5 and 8 now. Not sure how new it is, but good to know -

Terminal 3
Baggage Storage
Pre-Security
Arrivals
Hotels Counter in Area B

They also have storage listed at Terminals 5 and 8 pre security
