I'm really getting confused re the hotel reservations. I intending to do all the air thru the mega do site when the reservations open up. So how can I be sure that I will be in NYC on the 31st until the reservations are open and my air confirmed? All hotel bookings are fully flexible so there's no penalty for canceling until a day before. However, cancelations can only be done through an SPG res agent by phone since these bookings cannot be pulled up on line. So it's always best to secure a room you think you might need, then make changes once you know your final plans.
