it is unfortunate, but if you planned your trip around taking the A380 then I don't see why the fact that is leaves in the middle of the night is such a big issue.

I have a trip next week where I also wanted to try F on the A380 to BKK and have given myself a 9 hour stopover because of it, rather than a 2 hour one.
