Doesn't the WBFNA expires on 8//31?

BTW, in my experience, Hyatt depending on how you make the reservation (call or online), determines how quickly the award is "pulled" from your account.
I had made 4 recent WBFNA bookings by phone - for 2 of them, I had to call them back as they pulled points instead of the award nights. The other 2 were pulled immediately and I also received an email confirming my reservation. All were done by calling the award reservations. My suspicion is the CSR was not knowledgeable about how to do a WBFNA and pulled points instead.

From past experience with FFN, mostly done online - the award was pulled from my account probably after or in concert with sending the reservation confirmation to me. Which IIRC, happened the same day.
