Thanks, I agree with you, and will keep my "sketchy advice" limited

99.9999 percent of my stays are always for business and I use the rate codes for the company I am working for for - I don't even care about cast usually, even if they have a crappy negotiated rate, the rest of my stays or on earned points so I rarely even care, I was just trying to give advice.

On a side note, I've had platinum line reps "search" for better rates saying "let me try Company A, Company B, C, D, etc... - we can prob find a better corp rate..." its rare they do this, but I have had them do it a dozen or so times.
