The main problem I would have is for the most part finding the time to do it if I did not have to travel for biz or visiting family. You can fly to Boston for 300 bucks a pop, a W to Heathrow will run you about 1,000 bucks, and you will occasionally get a great deal to Sydney or Singapore, say, for 1300 dollars. It's not super expensive, just time consuming.
