PC has too many of these Visa promotions that are restricted to US residents but include stays outside the USA. Last year's was $25 Visa cards with stays anywhere in NAmerica but not eligible to Canadian or Mexican members.

this has to be PC's most idiotic promo ever....
eg. Mr Ehud flies London - Paris with Easyjet, Ryan air or whatever, gets $50
Mr Lawyer flies Dallas - New York with Continental, gets nothing
and they both stay at IHG properties at their destinations...
