Of course you can change the address on your AAdvantage account. Send AAdvantage Customer Service an email, or call them at 1-800-421-0600 before you leave. Explain the situation. You may need to fax in some type of address verification to prove that you in fact are moving and will have a legitimate address.
777Brit probably could tell you if there are any potential benefits/drawbacks to having a non-US address on your AAdvantage account (such as the lower qualification thresholds in Canada).
