Hmmm... I highly doubt!! but haven't been in this situation so cannot confirm.

Did your e-rewards redemption hit your accounts yet. In any case , try mailing e-rewards with a mushy mail stating your loyalty to them and you wanted to redeem for something better your overlooked before and if they could do a one time favor you would be really really grateful.

Either it will work or it won't. I can promise that.
