I had a flyer from Chase in April asking me to add another card user and get 2500 miles in return. Obviously, I signed up.

Some months later and no sign of bonus miles.

I call Chase on different occasions, pushing each agent I speak to, and they all insist there is no record of such a promotion.

What to to?
