They seem send non EA/Exec customers to the EA floor and serve them from the booth during late evenings - meaning you get to stand in line behind Joe Shmo, who is likely to be given one of the nicer cars before you even make it to the counter.

It's one of the big shortcomings of this station. I've never seen them pull the keys from EA/Exec cars, but my suggestion is to go out and find the car you want, grab the key if it's in there and then go back to the booth to print your contract. If you're an Exec member, stand by the side window or catch the attention of one of the agents outside and ask if everyone in line is EA/elite or regular off the street - if the latter, ask them to serve you next so you can be on your way.

When they send everyone upstairs, they really need to designate one of the windows for EA/Execs only and make sure the best cars are held back for arriving elite members.
