SEA Counter Service for ES Level?
Hi Everyone,
New to the board but been an active Executive Status member for a while now.
I recently booked a reservation for 4 days in SEA and noticed on my confirmation e-mail that I was receiving a Counter Level service when it's clear they have an Emerald/Executive Aisle according to the boards and on their website.
I'm not sure if it's because I am arriving at 1am (I know one post said they had issues late at night)
I was just wondering if anybody had experience with this and if I'm still able to choose my vehicle from the EA/ES lot or if I'm going to be assigned a car at the counter. Thanks!
