WHAT? How on earth did she know I had arrived from Singapore in the morning? I arrived on a separate ticket, my luggage had not been interlined and I had not discussed my travel arrangements with any of the KE staff.
The only thing I can think of is that the KE check-in agent must have looked up my landing card where my last destination was written. But even if she actually did that, then going through all the extra work communicating this to the crew onboard so they could make a good impression.
Well I was speechless, but delighted of course by what she said, it was very honest and genuine, and they did live up to it. ^
