The first time I ever made a redemption, I tried to pay the cash & taxes with my MBNA BMI Mastercard and it was declined. Before I'd even got off the phone (I had to pay with a BA Amex ) I'd had both a call and SMS from MBNA alerting me to fraudulent use of my card. It had been automatically cancelled, and a new one was sent out to me. The cancellation hasn't happened again, but still to this day I have never been able to pay the ICC with my BMI cc
