When I blew out my ankle, no one else knew how to drive my car.

All of my primary vehicles since high school have been manual transmissions, even when I worked in D.C. Get me on a backroad in TN or KY and that's when a manual is really fun.

I taught my best friend how to drive a manual. He complained the car doesn't have a tachometer. I had to scold him into understanding the car will tell you when to shift.
