Which takes me back to what I said earlier....the environment you find yourself in can make all the difference to how one behaves. T5 is a far more relaxing place to be in I expect compared to T3. Open spaces, adequate seating,high ceilings,pleasant vistas and more room to move about in which will make you feel more relaxed thus preventing ones behaviour from deteriorating.
