I'll agree with jrzyshawn that people scream at EMS for taking forever to respond and the crew's reponse time might be 2 minutes 52 seconds. From what I do know, UMDNJ EMS runs Medic 6 on the property, if it was busy, theoretically the PAPD fire/police should have been able to respond fairly quickly. When waiting for help, minutes may seem like hours to those who are waiting.

There are also a fair amount of AED's available at EWR, although they are not my preferred brand, they are AED's nonetheless. It would be hard for me to believe that it took police or someone 10 minutes to grab an AED and/or start CPR.
