Pulling awards for Hyatt has been a hand process. I keep a very close eye on both my and my husband's accounts. Often, Hyatt is not up to date with the number of awards we have booked. And recently, the bookkeeping had gone well and truly wrong and had my husband with 2 fewer awards used than had indeed been consumed. Now, I'm finding errors with points being pulled for awards booked before the date when redemption levels went up, with the higher level being taken. Hopefully yours will sort itself out, but you are wise to keep a close eye on it.
