I have one regular FFN and another "Welcome Back Free Night Award" (WBFNA) that expires on 11/30.
While changing an FFN award reservation over the phone, the rep used a wrong one (WBFNA), so I called again and made sure to use the correct one (the regular FFN) for an upcoming stay.
When I logged in Hyatt.com today, however, I saw that both FFN and WBFNA are available for redemption.
Is this going to be taken care of in a few days, or do I have to call?
