Lousy experience here tonight -- no Aisle service after a late arrival, received a high mileage Malibu as an Exec. The agent who handed me the keys in the garage (who acted towards me as if I'd kicked her dog) actually tried to argue that I couldn't inspect the car before signing the damage slip that had already been checked off as "no damage." She relented after a minute or so -- and there were scratches on pretty much every side of the car (albeit minor ones).

Will rent from Hertz if I return to MKE -- got a very nice upgrade as a no-status #1 club member last time. Pity they close at 11.
