All in all a fantastic Fairfield Inn.
I was there Sat night for the same reason. But was there a month ago for both promos I was given the stay 3 get 1 and stay twice at a FI&S and get 5k bonus pts (targeted)

It wasnt till I walked in that I remembered why I didnt care for this place

1- no pool or better no Hot Tub

2- no waffle machine for breakfast , yes they have a very nice spread but no I wouldnt touch any of it

This place was built as a Hampton Inn and was 1 till apx 10 yrs ago when they switched over to FI.

Both times (Sat nights) I was upgraded to the so called suites w/o having to ask about it (Im a Plat).

But both times they missed up my payment, 1st time their machines were down so they took a copy of my Gift card but still charged the CC I have on file which wasnt the CC I gave them at check-in, it worked out and 2k in pts for the inconvience w/o asking. Then yesterday @ check-out again the guy had no idea what he was doing all he wanted to know was how much I had on my GC and I told him alot more then the $67.85 I owe for last night. He eventually gave me a bill that had a $135.70 charge on it but at least got my CC off and GC on, called MRGC today and it seems all he took was $45.70 a talk with teh mgr again straighted it all out and the proper amount was deducted , now waiting for the $45.70 to refund to it, also told I will be getting some extra pts for the inconvience (didnt cross into NY till after Noon so the toll was an extra $2)

will I go again not if a Hot Tub is what Im after, but only if I need the stay credit for some promo that will make it worthwhile
