Whether you're in violation or not completely depends on the fare rules. If you can price ATL-RDU-SFO-RDU-ATL the same as what you paid for the split itinerary then you almost certainly didn't violate any carrier rules with respect to fare pricing.

I wouldn't worry about this one at all given that you're doing it on a Monday/Tuesday. Most minimum-stay fares are NN days or Saturday night and you don't have either of those and the individual r/t tickets priced OK anyways.
