IAH-DXB can be unpredictable. Weekend flights loads are pretty full. Weekdays can also be quite high.

CO and BA both have 9-across seating in economy. EK has 10-across, which means the seats are thinner. I haven't flown EK in economy for a few years now, but the thought of that 10-across cabin on a 15 hour flight makes me shudder.
