Ohhh this isn't fair... I couldn't reply fast enough and BAAZ did. Since I am on the west coast of the USA I somehow am at a disadvantage with the time.

There is nothing better than taking the bus to the airport. You get to see more of beautiful Paris before you depart. Not the RER, NEVER... to ugly and dark to either start or end a visit to Paris.

As for the shoes BAAZ, you are a very wise man, never ever go between a woman and her shoes, or bags or belt, scarves or clothes for that matter, that is if you want to stay in one piece. A decent woman never has enough, and we didn't even touch the subject of lingerie
