No doubt route/day dependent. In the past month, I've been upgraded on every DL flight at T-6 or time of booking (if less than 5 days) on SFO-MSP-MCI, MCI-MEM, MEM-SFO (twice). Last month DCA-DTW on the other... fuggedaboutit.
