Additionally, I think it's important to recognize, that now, being PM is the 2nd highest tier as we all know, therefore, there is an entire set of passengers who in the past were pooled together with PMs and are now a step above. Those are the folks getting the confirmed upgrades, I imagine.

Basically, being a PM now in regards to upgrades is like being a GM 12 months ago.
