Indeed. Sounds like they just staged #13 in HKG to be ready for the eventual arrival of #6 so they'd have something in place to operate the return flight rather than for a heavy check.
013 may not have undergone a heavy check (as I was told) but I observed it in one of the hangars at HAECO with scaffolding in place and panels open for maintenance. It was a purposeful visit, not simply as a staging flight for #006's arrival.
