Could somebody please recommend a place to stay in or near Cartagena, Colombia. I am looking for a resort type of accommodation, desirably on a beach, with an easy access to the center of the city. My definition of an easy access is a taxi ride within $10 range each way. I will be traveling with my wife and my 13-year old son.

Any advice will be appreciated.
